1863 is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, aged for 22 months to develop depth, structure, and balance. The extended aging allows the wine to integrate beautifully, resulting in a smooth and complex profile.
In the glass, expect notes of dark cherry, blackberry, and plum, complemented by subtle hints of spice, oak, and soft tannins. Medium-bodied with a long, smooth finish, it’s a wine that pairs beautifully with charcuterie, roasted meats, aged cheeses, and hearty seasonal dishes.
